For deliveries outside the EU, we are required to include an export invoice (custom document) due to import regulations in these countries.
There might be a delay if your package is randomly selected for inspection. This may be done by Customs or by the Agency of one of the above countries. Inspection is more stringent for orders over €1,000. We have no control over the process in these countries when it comes to the delivery and import of your order/package.
