Help, I entered the wrong address!
This can happen! Please contact us as soon as possible by calling 0031 (0) 85 486 5240. Then we will take a look together at what we can do and how we are going to solve it. Is your package already on its way? Perhaps it can still be adjusted at the DPD. You will receive a message in which you can often change the address.
DPD PredictIs your order on its way with DPD? Then you can use DPD Predict to track and change your shipment. To do this, click on the link in the Predict message and choose:
1 Different date; for the next business day
2 Different address; for the next business day
3 Pickup parcel shop; for parcels weighing up to 20 kg (delivered no later than the next working day)
4 Drop-off authorization; you choose a safe place at your delivery address.
What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?
Then the parcel will be delivered to the nearest Pickup parcel shop. You will receive automatic notification of this. The parcel then remains at the parcel shop for five days for pickup.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, you can! While completing an online order, you can indicate that the delivery address is different from the billing address.

Can I have an order delivered outside the EU?
For deliveries outside the EU, we are required to include an export invoice (custom document) due to import regulations in these countries.
There might be a delay if your package is randomly selected for inspection. This may be done by Customs or by the Agency of one of the above countries. Inspection is more stringent for orders over €1,000. We have no control over the process in these countries when it comes to the delivery and import of your order/package. We work closely with our carriers so that orders are delayed as little as possible. If there are delivery problems, please call us for assistance on 0031 (0) 85 486 5240.
Do I have to sign for receipt?
Yes, package delivery always requires a signature for receipt (as proof of delivery).
My package is not here yet, what can I do?
It may help to call the carrier in your home country. This can speed up the process for delivery. We are responsible for transportation and then depend on the carrier. Feel free to ask us if there are any questions!
What courier services do you ship with?
Depending on the size of your order, we choose the most appropriate shipping partner. These include: DPD, Fedex, Transmission and HST (both package and pallet transport).
