Warranty and return policy
Undamaged items may be returned to our company under certain conditions. If an item is damaged, please read the section on ‘guarantee’ as written below.
To ensure that the return procedure is handled quickly and correctly, you need to notify us first that you want to return an item or items. You can contact us via telephone or via e-mail.
Terms and conditions
Undamaged items may be sent back if:
● you return the item within 14 working days after receiving the delivery,
● the item is still in its original condition and in the original packaging,
● you also send back the packing slip,
● you send a copy of the e-mail (with track & trace number) from the transporter to [email protected].
Return shipments are sent back at your own expense and risk. This means that PouchDirect is not liable for any damaged or missing items. Please request a copy of the signed freight slip from the transporter, and store this in a safe place.
The goods must be returned to the following address. The credit note will be sent after the goods have been received at this address:

A statutory guarantee applies to all items that are purchased from PouchDirect. This means that the item must be in a good condition and function properly under normal use. If you have received an item that is not in a good condition and/or does not function properly, please contact us and we will help you find a satisfactory solution. Depending on the item in question, the product will be replaced, repaired or you will receive a refund.
