As sustainability is very important, we have set up a special programme: Planet Proof Pouches. These stand-up pouches feature a special badge. This badge indicates whether the bag is recyclable or compostable.

When something is compostable it means that it is made from 100% natural materials and that the material can be trashed and broken down in a more environmentally friendly way. The main benefits are that less CO2 is needed for the production and less waste is sent to landfill.
Communication is the key to success
The first step has been made; you choose compostable packaging! Step two is the step that will make the difference: transparent communication. Tell the end consumer/your customer that the packaging is made of 100% natural materials and can be composted. You can do this through communication on the packaging. How to select the correct size?
