Do you work with food packaging or have customers who ask for extra assurance? Then you will want to be sure your packaging complies with the right legislation and that you can provide the correct documents. With us you will find everything you need, clearly arranged and quickly sorted.

Food safety, your assurance in black and white

Do you sell a product that comes into contact with food? Under European law you must be able to show that your food packaging is safe. That is why you automatically receive a Food Contact Declaration of Compliance, DoC, with every order.

This declaration confirms that the packaging complies with European rules for food contact materials, including:

• EU 1935/2004, framework legislation for materials intended to come into contact with food
• EU 10/2011, provisions for plastics in food packaging
• EU 2023/2006, Good Manufacturing Practice, assurance of controlled and safe production

Our packaging passes all migration tests, no harmful substances transfer to your product. Fully safe for food contact.

The DoC is added to the invoice by default as an attachment, so you always have the right certification and documentation to hand. This gives you and your customers the assurance that your packaging fully meets current packaging law and the highest food safety standards.

Material purity, free from harmful substances

Our packaging materials are free from phthalates, heavy metals, bisphenol, A, S, F, PVC/PVDC, MOSH/MOAH, mineral oils, PFAS compounds, PFOA, PFOS, PFNA and PFHxS, and mineral oils in inks. This material purity is stated in the DoC, Declaration of Compliance, and in the official REACH statement.

This statement confirms that our packaging complies with the European REACH Regulation, EC 1907/2006, and does not contain substances listed as substances of very high concern. Thanks to this strict quality control, our stand up pouches are not only safe for food contact, they are also suitable for export to countries with strict packaging requirements. Useful for companies with specific product demands or international distribution.
